“Granting Educational Vision”

Why We Care

Visually impaired students need intervention beyond what their sighted peers require, leading many times to discouragement after their high school graduation. Social, emotional and economic challenges are especially difficult for visually impaired students.

When Do We Give

Our foundation will assist with these needs by awarding scholarships annually to deserving visually impaired students for those pursing higher education.
How We Raise Funds

  • Scholarship Luncheons
  • Donations
  • Corporate partnerships
  • Walk-A-Thon

Where Do We Give

We serve visually impaired high school graduates in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area

Who Do We Give To

We give to students that are legally blind, which is defined as an individual who has a visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the corrected eye and/or 20 degrees or less visual field in the uncorrected eye.
